“I don’t know how to use Zoom, and at this point I’m too afraid to ask…”
Zoom has amazing help resources to get you started. Check ‘em out here!
“I registered ahead of time, but Zoom won’t let me join the class…”
Unfortunately, Zoom meetings don’t limit the number of registrants but they do limit the number of participants. That means, we may have 200 registrants, but only the first 100 registrants to sign on will be able to join the live class.
We’ll be hosting free classes every week on Mondays, so if you’re unable to join, we hope you’ll jump on the next opportunity!
“I missed class — WILL THIS BE RECORDED?”
NO! Sorry. But still NO!
We currently are not sharing any recordings from class. But the MINUTE this changes, we’ll let you know.
“Can I set up the Zoom meeting so I always see the instructor?”
Yep! You have a couple of options:
You can “Pin” the instructor’s video so you always see them (Zoom instructions on pinning)
You can also choose the “Active Speaker View” to only view the current speaker (which will almost always be the instructor)
Other view options:
Choose the “Gallery View” option to view other participants! Ain’t no party like a Zoom party.
