Led by the world-class musical improvisers and freestyle rappers of the Tony-winning Broadway show Freestyle Love Supreme and in partnership with Speechless, FLSA has developed SQUAD, a curriculum that focuses on what makes teams “work,” in a supportive, musical environment.

The Freestyle Love Supreme Academy was founded in 2018 with the mission of fostering diverse creative voices using improvisation and freestyle rap. From Broadway to the boardroom, FLSA is deeply committed to creating and maintaining an environment in which all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
Every FLSA learning experience and live performance echoes the values and ethos that FLSA stands for — inclusion, equity, diversity, and creativity.
How does FLSA work with Speechless?
Well, we share more than our values — we share a co-founder, too. Speechless co-founder Anthony Veneziale also co-created the fully-improvised Broadway sensation Freestyle Love Supreme and the FLS Academy. Mind blown, right?
Since launching, Speechless and FLSA have worked closely together to bring the science of improv thinking, the art of performance, and the power of collaboration to teams around the world. In 2021, Speechless and FLSA decided to make things official — partnering to offer joint services, shows, and custom training packages to our clients. We can’t wait to see how we can work with you!
