P.O.I.N.T. system
From a TED Talk to your laptop, our flagship training uses improv to help you make your point — no matter what stage you’re on. After nearly a decade of coaching world-class presenters, we’ve distilled our learnings into a repeatable framework that anyone can use to amplify their unique voice. P.O.I.N.T. training focuses on:
Presence (Body, Voice, Mind, Heart, Confidence)
Originality (Improvisation, Authenticity, Passion, Innovation, Process)
Inclusion (Respect, Listen, Trust, Connect, Empower)
Narrative (Structure, Genre, Theme, Goal, Metaphor)
Transformation (Inspire, Discover, Share, Grow, Lead)
We offer P.O.I.N.T. training in multiple modalities both virtually and in-person, be it 1-1 coaching, interactive team workshops, half-day intensives, certifications — and everything in between.
F.L.O.W. system
F.L.O.W. workshops give participants practical, improvisational tools to build mental wellness and battle burnout during post-quarantine “re-entry” and beyond.
We apply the core principles of improv to the challenges that face us at work, at home, and within ourselves to help us feel more in-control, motivated, and positive.
Developed under the advisory of neuroscience researchers at UCSF, as well as C-Suite executives in industries from medical to media, this custom training series focuses on 4 key areas:
Focus (tune out the noise, manage time & attention)
Levity (reduce self-judgment & make space for joy)
Originality (listen to your authentic inner voice)
Wonder (tap into your innate curiosity & motivation)
